1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Math Muzzle Puzzle app ("App") or by accessing or using the Math Muzzle Puzzle website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above indicates the current version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Math Muzzle Puzzle is a math puzzle game in which users fill grids so that rows and columns form valid equations according to standard order of operations. The App may include multiple game modes (e.g. levels, daily challenge, endless mode), power-ups, and progress tracking. The service is provided "as is" for entertainment and educational use.
3. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms (where applicable). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it, or use it to build a competing product. You may not use the App or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any way that could harm the service or others.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, puzzles, and materials in the App and on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Math Muzzle Puzzle name and branding are our property. You do not acquire any rights in them except the limited right to use the App and Site as permitted here.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS OR FROM YOUR USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, ZERO). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may link to the App Store or other third-party services. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your license to use the App and Site ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App or Site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited. You may also have consumer rights under your local law that cannot be waived by contract.
10. General
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and Site. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign without our consent.
